How Do I Get Rid Of Cellulite?

by John Coutts

It's a fancy word for old fat trapped in between skin and muscle that looks lumpy and unsightly. But that doesn't help when you cry out in desperation: "How do I get rid of cellulite?" OK, forget the creams, forget the tight rubber garments, forget the pills -- if you have been seeking ways to get rid of cellulite, then this is it -- exercise! This article gives you my top 3 exercises to get rid of cellulite -- fast!

1. You must do two minutes of gentle warm-up exercises prior to starting, and two minutes of cooling-down exercises before stopping to ensure no harm to your muscles as you exercise. Then start by doing aerobic exercises for 15 minutes. This can be on a bicycle, a treadmill, or on a stepper.

2. Proceed with doing 15 minutes of exercises requiring strength, such as weight training. Aim to create fatigue in the muscles after 10 or so repetitive lifts. Build up the weights slowly, starting light and progressing heavier. Side-lying leg lifts with weights attached to the lifting ankle (start at around one pound and work up) usually works well for legs and thighs.

3. After repeating the procedure in #2 for 10 or so times, you need to stretch out the muscle you are focussing on. This will build your muscle gradually, and reduce the cellulite. You won't end up looking like a bodybuilder, but your cellulite will smoothen out and disappear through time.

Do these exercises three times a week for a mere 30 minutes each time. Keep that up for two months and watch the cellulite vanish! If you're not prepared to put in some work, then don't be heard asking: "How do I get rid of cellulite"? You already have the answer...
